A Russian community group called “Made in the USSR” will be launched in Newcastle 25 - 27 July 2008
Events will incl a celebration of Soviet culture : screening of the 2007 UK film 'Mrs Ratcliffe's Revolution', a real life Moskvich 408, a car made in the USSR in 1966 that stars in the film and legendary ‘ushastik’ Zaporojets ZAZ 968 made in USSR in 1971 + vodka, Russian snacks, Soviet music.
