Gallery hire

When we do not have our own exhibitions our gallery may be for hire and we encourage interested artists to contact us.

Availability 2011-12: The gallery is fully booked in 2011 but will be available for short periods in 2012.

The gallery is situated in the heart of old Edinburgh, and consists of two well lit ground floor rooms, 36 sq metres in total. We have a flexible hanging system and two large lockable glass display cases. The Institute is open 5 days a week and fully staffed during those times.

Room hire

Our rooms, or our whole premises, are available to hire for small meetings, training courses etc.

The Scotland-Russia Institute is very centrally located, just off Edinburgh's Nicolson Street, and has a cosy informal ambience.

Facilities include: wi fi in all rooms, audio visual equipment, tea and coffee making
